    David is founder and Chairman of The Blueprint Growth Institute www.blueprintgrowth.com, a management-consulting firm focused on helping companies with business development and growth strategies to successfully achieve exceptional or exponential growth. He’s also the author of the best-selling book Blueprint to a Billion: 7 Essentials to Achieve Exponential Growth.

    As a consultant, business advisor and keynote speaker, David has worked with everyone from senior executives in million-dollar and multi-billion-dollar companies to high-tech start-ups, universities and non-profits. David has been leading business growth for 20 years in general management and executive sales/marketing at Nortel Networks and Hewlett-Packard. He also served as an Associate Principal during his five years at McKinsey & Company.

He is a consummate entrepreneur, who is passionate about economic development, the environment and America. Bill is leading Grays Harbor Paper toward more sustainable manufacturing and products. The company uses biomass to make steam for drying paper and manufacturing electricity. Its paper is made with 100% recycled paper and 100% renewable electricity. He serves on the Gonzaga Board of Regents and the Washington State Nature Conservancy Board.

    Bob Filip

    Bob Filip is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Tax and, LLC in Seattle. He focuses on federal income tax issues, including ASC 740, IRS examinations and appeals, tax structuring, accounting methods and other planning issues for his clients.

    With nearly 20 years of tax planning and consulting experience, Mr. Filip has worked with numerous SEC registrants, large privately held companies and early stage businesses, advising on federal tax issues. Mr. Filip brings experience in many industries, including high tech, telecommunications, consumer products, industrial manufacturing and forest products.

    Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Filip spent 10 years with the Federal Tax practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Seattle and Portland, where he most recently served as Managing Director. Mr. Filip also led the High Tech Tax practice of PwC in Portland. Additionally, he was a member of the Federal Tax practice of KPMG in Portland and Los Angeles.

He is a successful entrepreneur, having built and sold several companies in the environmental, technology and real estate industries. Currently, he runs a private consulting practice, assisting companies with eco-friendly disruptive innovation. He identifies smart sustainable opportunities, manages strategic relationships targeting multiple major big industry plays that have global solutions. Ted also serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity, developing next-generation, sustainable, green habitats and an exciting ‘living building’ community.
